Boolean search operators

+
A leading plus sign indicates that this word must be present in every record returned.
-
A leading minus sign indicates that this word must not be present in any record returned.
( )
Parentheses are used to group words into sub expressions. Parenthesized groups can be nested.
" "
A phrase that is enclosed within double quote ('"') characters matches only records that contain the phrase literally, as it was typed. Phrase searching requires only that matches contain exactly the same words as the phrase and in the same order.
*
If you want to search for part of a word or a whole word that may have several endings, use a "wildcard," an asterisk (*). It will improve search results and save you time.
